All card numbers are encrypted and interface only with Stripe’s internal servers. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure and does not share any credentials with Intelleticket’s servers or platform.

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide such information to the Site, such as when you purchase tickets, contact Intelleticket with inquiries, respond to a survey or browse or use certain parts of the Site. The Personally Identifiable Information  we may collect includes without limitation your name, address, email address and other information that enables users to be personally identified.

If you have registered or purchased a ticket for an event on the Site, your email is available to Venues / Promoters within the Intelleticket network.

How do we disclose or transfer your information?

Intelleticket will never sell your Personally Identifiable Information. This information is a vital element of our relationship with you. Therefore, we will not sell your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties, including third party advertisers.

How do we protect visitor information?

Our platform is scanned on a regular basis with state-of-the art software for in order to make your visit to our Site as safe as possible.

We use regular Malware Scanning and implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

Do we use ‘cookies’?

Intelleticket does not place cookies on our platform. However, Promoters/ Venues may use cookies on their own sites or pass them through our ticketing platform at their own discretion. Intelleticket has no external, third party advertising on its site or platform. However, Venues/Promoters that sell tickets via the Intelleticket Platform may use third party advertising on their own websites, at their discretion.
